Your Tasks

  • Debitoren- und Kreditorenmanagement
  • Bearbeitung von Eingangsrechnungen und Bankauszügen
  • Rechnungsprüfung, -kontierung, -buchung
  • Durchführung von Mahnläufen und Nachverfolgung der offenen Posten 
  • Kontrolle und Verbuchung der Reisekostenabrechnungen
  • Kontenabstimmung
  • Unterstützung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Erstellen und Überwachen von Liquiditätsplanungen

Your Profile

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung als Buchhalter, idealerweise als Steuerfachangestellte/r, Fortbildung zum/r Finanzbuchhalter/in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
  • Gute MS Office- und im speziellen MS Excel Kenntnisse
  • Anwenderkenntnisse in SAGE 50c und DATEV Kenntnisse sind wünschenswert
  • Ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis
  • Selbständige, sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität auch für neue Aufgaben
