Your tasks

Du bist ein IT-Profi, der gerne Verantwortung für laufende IT-Services übernimmt, Probleme erkennt, bevor sie eskalieren, und sich in der Microsoft-Welt zu Hause fühlt? Dann werde Teil unseres Teams! Wir suchen ab sofort einen engagierten AMS-Spezialisten im Microsoft-Umfeld, der sich insbesondere mit Azure-Services, Automatisierung und Betriebssicherheit auskennt.

🛠 Deine Aufgaben:

  • Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung unserer Kundenumgebungen im Microsoft Azure Umfeld (z. B. Azure AD, IaaS, PaaS, Networking)

  • 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support im Rahmen unseres Application Management Services (AMS)

  • Monitoring, Patch-Management, Störungsbeseitigung und Performance-Optimierung

  • Erstellung und Pflege von Betriebskonzepten und technischen Dokumentationen

  • Automatisierung wiederkehrender Aufgaben (z. B. mit PowerShell, Bicep, Terraform, Azure Automation)

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Cloud Engineers, Architekten und dem Kunden

  • Mitwirkung bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Betriebsprozessen nach ITIL

Your profile

  • Erfahrung im Betrieb von Microsoft Azure Umgebungen (z. B. Azure VMs, Azure Backup, Azure Networking, RBAC)

  • Gute Kenntnisse in PowerShell und/oder ARM/Bicep/Terraform

  • Know-how in Microsoft 365, insbesondere Azure AD, Exchange Online und Security & Compliance wünschenswert

  • Verständnis von ITIL-Prozessen und Ticket-Systemen

  • Analytisches Denken, hohe Serviceorientierung und proaktive Arbeitsweise

  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. B2), Englisch sicher in Wort und Schrift

🎯 Nice to Have:

  • Microsoft-Zertifizierungen (z. B. AZ-104, AZ-500, AZ-305)

  • Erfahrung mit hybriden Infrastrukturen (On-Prem + Cloud)

  • Kenntnisse in Automatisierungsplattformen wie Azure DevOps, Logic Apps oder Power Automate
